3 Easy Steps

Attend an Overview
In order to keep up with a high demand of interest we recommend all candidates attend an overview to learn about the company and the positions before coming into an interview.

Final Interview
Once a candidate watches an overview and fills out a response form. Our team will review their answers. If both your goals and our expectations are aligned you will be invited to join us for an interview.

Pass the Test
Once you are hired by our team you will need to obtain your 2-15 Life, Health and Annuities License. Once you have completed that requirement you will be eligible for training
Our FAQ’S
How does licensing work?
If hired our team will assist you in enrolling into a state required pre-licensing course. Once you complete the course you will take an IN-PERSON State Exam, Complete your fingerprints and pay for the license.
Is training virtual/remote?
All aspects of our organization are virtual. From start to finish you will be able to work from the comfort of your own home.
Do we have to pay for leads?
All agents are provided leads to call at no cost.
Are leads warm?
Our lead system is based on a request based system. Our clients request information or a product from us and we simply call them and set up an appointment to deliver the information or product.
What type of technology do I need?
The basic equipment you would need to be successful are a laptop (Windows Based) and a smartphone. We are a ZOOM organization so all agents would need an account to be able to speak with clients.
Is this commission based?
Everyone at the Globe Life | Williams Organization works on the same performance based pay structure.
